The Spare Parts Manager is responsible for coordinating and coaching the local team to ensure optimal workload distribution and high performance. This role plays a key part in managing spare parts operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
As such, the position oversees the follow-up of urgent purchase orders and notifications, escalating issues to the Regional Spare Parts Manager when necessary. The Spare Parts Manager monitors customer orders to guarantee on-time and in-full delivery and actively promotes and assists customers in using self-service ordering (SSO) tools.
This role ensures operational excellence in spare parts management, fosters collaboration across teams, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
