Your opportunity
The Lead, Services Account Manager, has the responsibility to lead the sales activities of the organization for a specific geographical area (US and Canada). Define & implement sales strategies to identify potential customers, managing existing customer relationships to deliver budgeted sales and margin target in leading a high-performing team..
Your Mission
- Lead the implementation and execution of service sales strategies for the assigned scope and the Americas region.
- Ensure budgeted sales and margin targets are met by developing strategic and tactical sales plans based on market potential.
- Lead a high-performing team, fostering professional development and building expertise in service account management.
- Manage the sales forecast process, ensuring accuracy and predictability.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Play a key role in shaping customer experience and satisfaction, positioning Sidel as a trusted partner in the packaging industry.
- Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Technical, HR, TA) to support business objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics and report to senior management.
Your Profile
- Degree in Engineering, Sales, Business, MBA or related field
- Experience in account management (B2B) Sales, Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and territory/business area management, particularly in the packaging solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong in Business Development, coaching and training and key account management.
- Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Fluent in English; French, Spanish or Portuguese would be an asset.
- Willingness to travel within US and occasionally across the Americas region (minimum 30% of the time/ up to 60%).
