Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge and make an impact as a Service Account Manager in the North Americas region? This key role, you will join our dedicated regional Service Account Manager team, reporting directly to the Services Account Director. As Service Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing service relationships with assigned customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving service business growth. This role acts as the main point of contact for service-related matters, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
Your Mission
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers in the North Americas region.
- Identify customer needs and propose appropriate Sidel service solutions (maintenance, upgrades, spare parts, training, etc.).
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve service sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints promptly.
- Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Track and report on service, sales performance and customer feedback.
- Support the implementation of service projects and follow up on execution.
- Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Project Management, Services Department, Technical Support) to ensure seamless customer experience.
Your Profile
- Degree in Engineering, Sales, Business, MBA or related field would be an asset.
- Experience in account management (B2B) Sales, preferably in industrial equipment or packaging solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Knowledge of Sidel products and services is an asset.
- Fluent in English; French, Spanish or Portuguese would be an asset.
- Willingness to travel within US and occasionally across the Americas region (minimum 30% of the time/ up to 60%).
