Process Driver - Junior

Are you ready to grow your skills and make an impact in global service processes? We’re looking for a Junior Process Driver to support our Service team for one year (Fixed-term contract – 12 months), working alongside Senior experts in driving results across process networks. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting ongoing initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in multiple aspects of service processes, tools, and performance monitoring. This is a great opportunity for someone with curiosity, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset to develop within a dynamic and global environment.

Your Mission

• Support global process initiatives within the Process Team (e.g. process mapping, improvement projects, training initiatives).
• Assist Process Drivers in aligning service-related processes across functions.
• Help create and maintain process documentation (training materials, flows, LPD maps, etc.).
• Support QTCS performance by developing process KPIs across key service functions.
• Contribute to the design and monitoring of both existing and new KPIs.
• Participate in the development of global tools and systems to support the service strategy.
• Actively support change management efforts within the team and across departments.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Previous experience in SAP.
• Proven ability to work effectively in teams.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Language requirements: Fluent Italian, English, written and spoken
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a global environment.
