Field Service Engineer - Automation

Your opportunity

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team in Installation, start-up and technician assistance in Automation to the production lines produced and installed by Sidel Group. Our Santa Maria da Feira site in Portugal is one of our main production centres. It specialises in the manufacture of conveyors and packaging equipment, thus contributing to our mission of providing high-quality solutions to our customers all over the world. This site is equipped with the latest technologies and offers a stimulating working environment.

Your Mission

• Installation of Sidel Equipments and start-up all over the world on customer sites;
• Install, test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plant, based on technical, contractual and safety
  specifications;
• Properly handle, check and transfer equipment non-conformities;
• Submit regularly working time and technical reports in reference to carried-out activities;
• Ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction;
• Report after sales opportunities detected on Customer site;

Your Profile

• Technical professional qualification or Bachelor degree in Engineering as a plus;
• English fluent, written and spoken;
• Electrical drawings knowledge and understanding;
• Electrical and Automation training certification;
• Available to travel in Europe and Central Asia mainly, other zones also possible.
