Responsible for delivering high quality training solutions within own pre-defined area to both internal and external audiences using different delivery methods (e.g. classrooms, coaching) at Sidel, at the customer site or via remote learning. Responsible for design, production and availability of new and updated learning solutions materials that meet internal and external customer requirements. Develop new and innovative training tools and delivery methods in line with the market trends.
Your main tasks will include:
Deliver product technical training sessions in line with the internal and external customer requirements
Monitor and ensure continuous improvement of the training sessions' quality
Design Technical Training material and documentation accordingly to Customers and internal employees training demand
Define length and content of TTC Training Courses to maximize quality and effectiveness of learning solutions
Create, design and manage training modules to support FSE Training Path
Create and design multimedia objects to be included in training materials
Support training Innovations by investigating and piloting innovative training methods and solutions
Support product training quotation in building the Training offers with guidelines about course length and content
Make travel arrangements in cooperation with the reference Training Assistant
Mentor junior trainers
Make travel arrangements in cooperation with the reference Training Assistant
Technical diploma with a specialisation in industrial automation engineering
Fluent in English - Able to travel worlwide.
Good understanding of learning solutions and willing to learn Sidel equipment
Technical subject matter expertise on Technical Training

Previous
experience as a trainer and/or Sidel equipment is a plus
