Field Service Technician (W/M/D)

You will be trained and supported to master high-tech equipment deployed at major industrial clients in France and abroad.

Your Mission

• Install, commission and test Sidel equipment, including single machines and complete production line
• Troubleshoot, prevent and adopt corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical and automated machines within high-speed production lines
• Execute precise technical diagnostics, share feedback with internal support teams and propose corrective actions
• Administer equipment upgrades and optimisation, including hardware and software updates
• Collaborate closely with project managers and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Train and empower client operators and maintenance technicians to ensure efficient equipment handling
• Comply fully with Sidel and client safety rules, with clear communications throughout interventions

Your Profile

• Technical degree (automation, mechatronics, electrotechnics, industrial maintenance…)
• Strong technical curiosity and eagerness to learn continuously
• Field experience preferred or strong motivation to learn on the job
• Fluent French and good English skills, essential for working in a multicultural team
• Willingness to travel extensively (often >80% of the time) and adapt to different international environments
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
