Elna Hallgard has a PhD in Food Chemistry from Lund University in Sweden and several years’ experience working with food packaging for both packaging companies and food producers. For the last 9 years she has worked at Orkla Foods Sweden in different positions and is now responsible for package development. She was also the Project Manager for the implementation of a new production line for ketchup bottles at Fågelmara in 2014.
Pernilla Tofft - Line Solution Manager Prepared Food | Tetra Pak
Pernilla has a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, with a focus on process design and food science. She has over 20 years’ experience of providing food solutions to customers. She is currently working at Tetra Pak Food in an area that includes dressings and condiment sauces, like ketchup.
