Your Mission
The Procurement
Italy Manager will be based in Italy and will report to Production Center
Director, inside Production Center Italy Organization.
She /
He has the responsibility on Procurement Team for all the Italian sites. The Procurement
Manager is responsible for the operational coordination and harmonization
of actions of plant procurement specialists, she/he will work in a dynamic
transversal team following activities on inventory, warranty and
intercompany.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Measure
and Monitor weekly the performance of the team and of suppliers (OTD/
forecasting / vendor mgt / specific KPI).
- Control
and monitor daily the purchase requests processing
- Collaborate
to the definition the annual plan of improvement and report advancement
on monthly bases, ensuring the execution of the improvement plan.
- Support
the Lead Time reduction plan to achieve the commercial target.
- Provide
support to the local team in order to ensure the achievement of dept objectives.
- Lead
the achievement of OTIF (on time in full) material for each equipment.
- Harmonize
the tools and link Project Planning and Production Scheduling.
- Strong
collaboration with Supplier Planning and Demand Planning to manage capacity
and forecast.
- Defines standard processes for
promoting best practices across sites.
Your Profile
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 5 years in Procurement / Production area.
- Performance Development in an international Manufacturing environment.
- Technical educational background.
- English (Proficiency Level).
- Fluency in Italian and French is a plus.
