Your Mission

• Responsible for inspecting all purchased parts, HP outsourced parts, intermediate processing, and final inspection materials to ensure they meet drawing requirements;
  
• Responsible for performing UD in the SAP system and carrying out signing and labeling operations as required;
  
• Responsible for handling non-conforming materials according to the process, including both system and physical handling;
  
• Responsible for the custody and maintenance of measuring equipment and inspection tools in the inspection room;
  
• Responsible for maintaining 5S in their workstation and designated areas;
  
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Your Profile

• More than 3 years of experience in mechanical part inspection or precision machining;
• Strong ability to read drawings and make judgments, capable of finding suitable measurement methods and reference points;
• Proficient in using general measuring tools: calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, lever gauges, height gauges, gauge blocks, thread gauges, etc., and able to independently complete various inspection tasks;
• Experience with laser trackers, coordinate measuring machines, X-ray inspection, ultrasonic testing, endoscopes, and other measuring equipment is preferred;
• Proficient in using MS-Office software;
• Strong learning ability and communication skills.
