The position of Quality & Continuous improvement Project Manager R&D offers a dynamic environment to utilize and expand your expertise in continuous improvement and Quality Management System. This transversal position involves working with the Global group quality team and across the different functions within Sidel (Supply Chain, Engineering…).
Your mission is to perform throughout R&D the all-important tasks of defining, implementing and maintaining Continuous Improvement activities but as well a sustainable, modern and efficient Quality Management System. Driving best-in-class quality standards within R&D. Both activities ensure excellence across operations, contributing to the organization's long-term success.

Education and Languages:
You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in science, engineering, or quality management (or equivalent), providing you with a solid technical foundation. You are fluent in professional English; knowledge of French and Italian is a strong asset.
Professional Skills and Experience:
You have at least 5 years of proven experience in managing continuous improvement projects and Quality Management Systems within R&D, preferably in an industrial or technological environment. You are well-versed in ISO standards and quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, and SPC, and demonstrate expertise in continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
You possess a strong command of ERP systems and document management tools. Your analytical mindset, rigor, and organizational skills enable you to drive cross-functional collaboration and effectively lead multidisciplinary teams. You are a clear and persuasive communicator, both written and verbal, with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in digital tools—including the Microsoft Office suite, ERP platforms, project management solutions (such as EPPM), Power BI, and AI-integrated software—is expected. You bring a proactive attitude and the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise.
