As Digital Services Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and deploying Sidel’s next-generation digital services. You will work across functions – with R&D, marketing, program management, and sales – to ensure Evo-On evolves in line with market expectations and service strategy.Designing and implementing a new business model for Evo-On services.
⦁ Define and implement the business model for Evo-On as a service-focused digital product.
⦁ Structure and develop a standard performance solution targeting both internal users and external customers.
⦁ Identify product evolutions aligned with services strategy and customer needs.
⦁ Position Evo-On as a core digital services offering, with a clear value proposition for the market.
⦁ Collaborate with the Digital Product team and Program Management to plan implementation and deployment.
⦁ Monitor product performance: adoption, sales, revenue, and customer feedback.
⦁ In partnership with the Services Marketing team:
⦁ Support internal stakeholders, especially the Services and Sales teams, in promoting digital adoption and connectivity.
