The Commercial Support Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Spare Parts business, ensuring business continuity while leading the transformation of our back-office opera-tions. The role will oversee the Parts Administration team, driving excellence in order management, enhancing customer experience, and leading the transition from a reactive support function to a proactive, consultative, and value-driven customer advisory team.

As a Commercial Support Director, you will:
- Ensure Business Continuity & Operational Excellence
- Oversee the Parts Administration team, ensuring seamless order management, support, and customer request handling.
- Maintain high service levels and drive continuous process improvement.
- Implement performance KPIs and structured monitoring to optimize response times, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Strengthen collaboration between the team and Sales, Pricing, and Service teams to maximize commercial impact.
- Promote the adoption of self-service tools and e-commerce platforms, enabling customers to access spare parts seamlessly.
- Implement BI dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights to Sales, Pricing, and Supply Chain teams.
Your Profile
Level of education and languages:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), CRM tools, and digital platforms
Required experience and skills:
- 10+ years of experience in industrial service environments, with exposure to both customer management and supply chain processes.
- Proven leader in transformation, with experience in driving operational improvements, digitalization, and organizational change.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of balancing long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Supply Chain, and IT.
- Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage analytics and automation to enhance team performance.
- Ability to analyze data and present it in a structured and solid way.
