Your opportunity
Manage the operations for packaging services (from design to execution) in Mold Shop Shanghai, Molds production in MSS, Line Conversion parts localization for the AOA region
Provide an effective support for services and equipment front lines through packaging expertise & services, Liaise with central services to extent and enforce collaboration with the regional team
Develop & grow local capabilities with an objective of volume & Industrial Margin continous improvement for PM&LS, lead quality
Your Mission

Your Profile
- Min 10 years experience in a packaging related job
(customers/R&D)
- Extensive experience in packaging, molds, and line solutions
management, with a proven track record of success in a similar leadership
role
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical
skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive business
strategies
- Services orientation & line conversion

- Customers orientation, undertand local market needs in
AOA
- Proven ability to drive cost reduction initiatives, business
development, and market expansion through innovative approaches
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability
