Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge and play a key role in SIDEL’s performance? We are looking for an Operations Manager for our site in Corcelles-lès-Cîteaux (21)! Reporting to the Site Director, the Operations Manager is responsible for Project Management, Procurement & Planning, Quality and Continuous improvement of Corcelles (Burgundy, 21) and Saint-Laurent (Vendée, 85).
The Operations Manager will be based in Corcelles-lès-Cîteaux and will oversee the following Teams:
On this role, your mission will be to make sure that the Execution of the projects goes as efficiently as possible:
The Operations Manager will be part of the Site Management Committee (CODIR).
You have at least 5 years’ experience in a key role related to Production, Planning or WCM/Continuous Improvement deployment.
You have a significant experience in managing wide Teams (more than 20 people) and being a Site Management Committee member.
Perseverance, leadership, and a strong ability to adapt will be key skills for this role.
You are proficient in using Microsoft Office tools. Fluency in English is required.
You are willing to travelling frequently (to visit Teams in Saint-Laurent, suppliers, customers…)
