Your Mission

We have a fantastic opportunity for a services business analyst to focus on the data analysis that will enable insight generation and sound decision making
The position will be part of the Digital transformation & customer experience team. With the current growth of e-commerce for services, the position is key to analyse the data & generate business insights  

His main responsibilities will be:

• To put data at the heart of our conversations, which also means focusing on the measures that matter; so, we are not arguing over opinions or gut feel. Organizing ourselves for success through consistency, centralisation and collaboration to turn insights into change & action is critical. 
• Lead and follow e-commerce data insights use cases with all the different e-commerce stakeholders and services product managers. 
• Based on business needs and with strong support of e-commerce team, run data analysis to better study e-commerce customer usage et provide strong input for services business (product consulted but never bought, …)
• Ability to build use case crossing e-commerce data and other business lines data (SP, asset management, …)

Your Profile

Education & Languages

• Engineer
• Good level in English, French will be a plus
• Master degree
• Less than 2 years from your master degree

Professional Skills & Experience

• Business acumen
• Background in technologies & reporting tools (BO, click sense, power BI, …)
• Excellent computational and analytical abilities and keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in all forms: written, conversational, negotiations, presenting
• The ability to work independently on these initiatives
