We are seeking a talented and result driven Manager Supply Chain Controlling & Business Partner. In this role, you will be a strategic business partner shaping financial decisions that drive success across the Supply Chain, supporting the full value chain from budgeting and performance analysis to operational efficiency and digital transformation. Expertise in industrial controlling is crucial, with a strong focus on supporting manufacturing operations within a dynamic supply chain. Robust skills cost controlling and in product costing and are key, along with the ability to navigate and collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will influence financial outcomes, secure governance standards, and drive continuous improvement in operational and financial performance.

Your Mission

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of controllers based in different sites in alignment with the department’s mission.
  • Foster a performance-driven and collaborative team culture with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure team members have clear objectives, development plans, and enable the necessary tools to succeed.

Business Partnering

  • Participate in defining the industrial and supply chain strategy by assessing the financial implications of strategic choices.
  • Acts as the key financial advisor to Supply Chain and Site Leadership, delivering high-impact financial analysis and insight to drive informed, strategic decision-making. As a key member of the Site(s) Leadership Team, you will provide critical financial evaluations and performance insights that shape manufacturing operations, influence investment decisions, and support continuous improvement to deliver efficiency and productivity.
  • Promote financial acumen and cost awareness within the SC community, empowering teams to take ownership of their financial performance.
  • Support global transformation/improvement programs as relevant for the sites or finance function.

Controlling & Performance Management

  • Lead the development and implementation of efficient controlling processes and reporting tools across manufacturing sites.
  • Lead local budgeting and forecasting processes, including assumption validation and alignment with business plans.
  • Ensure On-Time In-Full (OTIF) monthly financial closing with accurate and transparent reporting.
  • Deliver key manufacturing controlling KPIs, with in-depth variance analysis and performance outlooks.
  • Directs the development of accurate product costing and variance analysis and reporting (Root Cause Analysis and
  • Action Plans), implementing improvements to processes, reporting and systems as required.

 

Compliance & Governance

  •  Ensure full compliance with corporate financial policies, local regulations, and tax/legal requirements.
  • Support both internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

    Transformation & Digitalization
  •  Champion World Class Manufacturing (WCM) financial practices and play an active role in driving their implementation across SC
  • Lead the rollout of digital finance tools (e.g., RPA, PBI), improving automation and real-time analysis capabilities.
  • Contribute to the One Finance Program by promoting digitization, process standardization, and innovation in financial practices.

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience in Controlling, ideally in an industrial and international environment. Previous experience in managing a Team is required.
  • Deep knowledge of IFRS and controlling principles.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO; proficiency in PowerBi is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience in operations finance. Robust knowledge of Industrial Controlling and Product Costing.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to coach and grow a diverse team in terms of seniority and geographical location.
  • Passion for digital finance transformation; familiarity with emerging technologies (RPA, BI, is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of French is a plus.
