Your opportunity
The Business Transformation PMO is responsible for overseeing the business transformation project portfolio, orchestrating to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves overseeing project management methodologies, processes, and tools, providing guidance and support to project managers, and ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
Your Mission
- Develop and maintain project
management methodologies,
standards, and tools (focus on: SAP S/4 Hana implementation program).
- Oversee project
portfolio management
process to select, prioritize, and manage projects.
- Track project progress and
performance to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Ensure
preparation for key meetings; proactively identify and address potential needs, issues, and
risks before they escalate.
- Interact with
project stakeholders and ensure
effective communication between
stakeholders and project teams.
- Oversee project risk management
and facilitate risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure maintenance of all project documentation and records
for auditing purposes.
- Provide
project management training and mentoring to project managers and team members.
- Conduct
project reviews to assess
outcomes, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for future
projects.
Your Profile
Experience
- The selected candidate will focus specifically on digital transformation projects related to the implementation of SAP S/4HANA across the Group's companies.
- Previous experience in similar SAP rollout or implementation projects will be considered a strong asset.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
Skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English.
