Your opportunity
As Supply Chain Controller you will support the financial management and performance of the Production Center (PC) and Supply Chain functions. Acting as Finance Business Partners you will contribute to operational excellence by providing accurate analysis and financial insights. You will propose and support initiative to reduce cost, enhance efficiency and promote continuous improvement mindset
Your Mission
- Act as a finance co-pilot to
the Production Center Director and SC Central Functions
Represent Finance in the local
Management Team and be the main point of contact for site-level finance
topics and escalation;
- Performance Management & Financial Control;
- Support the delivery of
financial and operational performance targets;
- Promote a strong cost-awareness
culture across the site;
- Track, validate, and report on
cost-saving and productivity initiatives;
- Coordinate the
local Budget and Forecast processes;
- Collect, validate, and align
financial assumptions with the business;
- Support in calculating and
updating hourly rates in line with central guidelines;
Ensure timely and accurate
monthly financial closing (On-Time In-Full). - Prepare Manufacturing
Controlling KPIs and perform variance analysis;
- Provide insight into financial
deviations and their business drivers; support performance outlook
discussions;
- Take ownership of project
deviation monitoring and root cause analysis (RCA) at the PC level;
- Participate in Product Cost
Governance meetings and support cost reduction initiatives with tracking
and financial analysis;
Ensure compliance with
corporate policies and local legal/tax regulations; - Support internal and external
audit processes;
- Help maintain strong internal
controls and adherence to financial procedures;
- Lead or support stock check
activities and help optimize inventory levels;
- Actively promote World Class
Manufacturing (WCM) practices, contributing to the FI (Focused
Improvement) and Cost Pillars;
Contribute to finance
digitization efforts by supporting automation tools (RPA, BI, dashboards); - Help improve transparency, data
reliability, and the link between operations and financial performance.
Your Profile
- Master degree or equivalent in Finance;
- Professional
use of English;
- A Minimum of 3 years’
experience in Controlling; preferably in Manufacturing;
- Strong controlling technical
skills, solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standers
(IFRS) accounting principles;
- Experience in SAP FI/CO
(Finance/ Controlling) in an international and industrial group;
- Knowledge of controlling
processes & business planning principles;
- Knowledge and/or experience of
digital technologies (RPA,
PoweBI, BA) is an advantage;
- Strong interpersonal skills: proactive, independent , team player;
- Ability to work in a matrix
organization.
