Within the Innovation team, the position of Innovation Intelligence Specialist offers a dynamic environment to utilize and expand your expertise in the tools and processes to contribute to the continuous improvement and digital transformation necessary for the efficiency and quality of the Sidel group's Equipment Portfolio & Innovation (Research and Development) activities. This transversal position involves working together across the different teams within Equipment Portfolio & Innovation (Research and Development) and with the other functions in Sidel.

Your Mission

Mission
We are seeking a highly skilled Innovation Intelligence Specialist to join our Innovation/Research and Development (R&D) team. You will be responsible for implementing, and maintaining tools, metrics, data analysis processes and develop and design next solutions to support and accelerate the R&D department's strategic goals. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of performance and compliance indicators by process (KPI, KCI) to evaluate the performance and efficiency of R&D projects and processes.
  • Maintaining and developping  InnoTrak (internal tool) and connected platforms.
  • Lead the digital transformation of our tools and processes by promoting the adoption of innovative and efficient solutions.
  • Analyze R&D execution phases to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the R&D department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Process, Portfolio, Finance etc..) to gather requirements and secure alignment with the overall objectives and roadmap.
  • Create and present detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and metrics management.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Your Profile

Education and Languages:

  • With a Master’s degree in science, Mathematics, engineering, or quality management (or equivalent), you have a strong technical background.
  • Professional English.
  • French and Italian would be a plus.

Professional Skills and Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc…
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
