Your opportunity
Be part of cross-functional team working on Product Development (PD) delivering key activities to ensure a successful transition from concept to market focusing on Field Installation.
Participate to the whole Product Development process to ensure Installation Activities with efficiency, cost-effectively with focus on quality and risk management, acting actively on industrialization.
Possibility to work across all Italian sites (mainly based in Parma, with possibility to travel to Mantova or Verona) and Customer’s sites (around the World).
Your Mission
- Participate actively on Product Development programs supporting project Tollgates achievement on time in full with focus on Customer’s Site Installation Activities.
- Define Installation standard operating procedures, standard work and check list.
- Define Quality & Test standard operating procedures, standard work and check list.
- Validate SOP on Customer’s Site.
- Participate from initial product concepts and design concepts to contribute with Design for Manufacturing application to optimize Installation process.
- Participate to cost estimation of equipment and baseline from initial design phase to final design to ensure right Installation cost estimation.
- Participate to risk assessment, Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and lead Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
- Participate to prototype and pre-series production to ensure the results forecasted.
Your Profile
Education:
- Master Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic or Industrial Engineering) or similar.
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office.
- CAD (Solidworks or similar).
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
Language requirements:
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- French is a plus.
Required
experience and skills:
- at least 2 years of experience in similar roles. The role is open also to fresh graduates.
- Mechatronic skills / knowledge.
- Production process and manufacturing technologies skills / knowledge.
- Data management skills / knowledge (PowerBi is a plus).
- Software and Excel automation skills / attitude.
- Project management attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in cross-functional and international teams.
- Proactive, strong problem solving/analytical attitude.
- Strong sense of self-motivation and determined.
- Robotic process automation (RPA), machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) skills / knowledge is a plus.
- availability to travel abroad (30%-40%).
