Your opportunity
Support all training logistics and administrative tasks, aimed to ensure high quality training experience delivered to the internal and external audiences
Your Mission
- Issue Training invitations and register training participants;
- Make reservations of the training facilities;
- Manage travel arrangements for the Training Centre personnel, including visas, hotel and flight reservation;
- Organise shipping all training documents to the training location;
- Support and follow up PME/Services/FSEs on Training purchase orders and invoicing;
- Consolidate Global Training Centre KPI report;
- Support the Training price list updating;
- Support the trainer planning when requested;
- Support the Training LMS activities when requested.
Your Profile
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field;
- 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with data reporting tools is a plus;
- Familiarity with travel booking systems, invoicing workflows, and document management tools;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Fluent professional English and Italian. Spanish, French as a plus;
- Basic understanding of financial and administrative processes, including the use of SAP and FSM tools.
