Your Mission
- Install, commission and test Sidel equipment, including single machines and complete production lines
- Troubleshoot, prevent and adopt corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical and automated machines within high-speed production lines
- Execute precise technical diagnostics, share feedback with internal support teams and propose corrective actions
- Administrate equipment upgrades and optimisation, including hardware and software updates
- Collaborate closely with project managers and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and empower client operators and maintenance technicians to ensure efficient equipment handling
- Report after sales opportunities detected on Customer site;
- Comply fully with Sidel and client safety rules, with clear communications throughout interventions
Your Profile
- Technical degree in Automation
- Mechanical drawing understanding
- Strong technical curiosity and eagerness to learn continuously
- Field experience preferred or strong motivation to learn on the job
- Fluent in English, essential for working in a multicultural team
- Willingness to travel extensively (often >80% of the time) and adapt to different international environments
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
