Our Fixed Price maintenance agreement offers all the benefits of corrective and preventive maintenance at a set cost. It minimises downtime and optimises Mean Time to Repair with reliable OEM spare parts; emergency troubleshooting; diagnostic and technical visits, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) operations, all included within the set scope of the agreement.

A Fixed Price agreement includes:

  • Proper scheduling and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance by dedicated Sidel core team
  • 24/7 hotline assistance
  • 24/7 on-time in-full, worldwide delivery of spare parts for both scheduled and emergency activities
  • A Sidel lead engineer to coordinate all line maintenance activities
  • Dedicated Sidel Maintenance Project Manager for the duration of the agreement 
  • Emergency troubleshooting
  • Diagnostic visits
  • Technical visits
  • Remote access
