Lead - SAP Security
INDIA, Pune
xWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Basis and Security Lead to play a pivotal role in managing and administering SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Solution Manager, and BTP. This role will focus on ensuring that all SAP Systems run smoothly and with optimum performance.
SAP Security –
Coordinate with SAP Security Service Provider on maintenance and implementation of new roles in SAP ECC and S/4HANA
Become the digital focal point for SOD Matrix maintenance, SOD compliance periodical reporting.
IT Audit – Lead access management, Change Management and SAP / IT operations
Fire Fighter IDs/Privileged Accounts, Audits control, Roles, Authorization, and SAP Accesses.
Manage RFP, RFC, RFQ, and SoW for SAP Basis and SAP Security areas.
Lead SAP Technical projects: Installations, upgrades, and SAP Performance optimization and Tuning.
System administration: Oversee SAP S/4HANA 2021 on SAP
Rise AWS Private Cloud, SAP ECC, SAP Solution Manager, Web Dispatcher,
Cloud Connector, SLT, SCM, SNC, EWM, BTP, SAC, Ariba and Concur etc.
SAP Systems Monitoring – Monitor SAP ECC and S/4HANA
proactively.
Vendor Management: Liaise with SAP Basis and
Security service providers to deliver services promptly.
Collaboration with SAP: Collaborate with SAP Rise and SAP
Account Manager on Service Delivery.
Transport Request Release
Management: Manage
TR Releases bi-weekly and quarterly.
Maintenance Cycle: Oversee SAP upgrades, SAP
installation, and Migration of SAP S/4HANA from AWS to Azure.
Lead and manage SAP CHARM implemented with ServiceNow.
Strong understanding of SAP Security, particularly in the context of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC 6.0, or
similar platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Proven experience (10-15 years) in
SAP project implementations with a specific focus on SAP System
Administration and Security Administration.
Strong understanding SAP CHARM,
integration with ServiceNow.
Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate across various teams, and
effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in problem-solving,
critical thinking, and the ability to manage and drive change initiatives.
Mandatory
Skills:
SAP Basis and SAP Security in ECC
6.0 and S/4HANA.
SAP HANA 2.0 and Oracle DB.
SAP CHARM management.
SAP Cloud Connector, Web
dispatcher, SLT.
SAP S/4HANA and ECC 6.0 – Role,
Authorization, SOD, and Audit Management.
Experience with Fire Fighter and
Privileged IDs.
Managing Vendors – Basis, Security,
Hosting, and SAP Rise.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA and ECC
6.0 installation, upgrades, Migration, and performance tuning.
Experience on SAP BTP, SAC, SAP
