Votre mission

After the 16 months rotation, which will include few months in Pune (India), you will be part of the modularization and standardization team based in Octeville (France). This teams is responsible for leading the execution of Leading Excellence project related to Modularization and standardization, from the strategy to the implementation achievement, as well as implementing the necessary processes and tools to sustain the achievements at the long term.
Your role will be to deploy Sidel Group standardization by:
  • Working together with all technical experts in Sidel product portfolio to set the Group Standard
  • Working transversely with product management and platform owner to assess technical risk and customer satisfaction
  • Managing weekly monitoring on standardization projects following process and governance
  • Participating in monthly SteerCo meeting, reporting to Top Management
  • Updating and monitoring Group Standardization KPI to ensure excellence through execution
  • Overall project management from budgeting to quarterly update
  • Collaborating transversely with the supply team

Votre profil

The position requires the following competences and background :
  • Master degree or engineering school
  • 2-3 years experience in a technical area
  • Project management
  • Fluent in English
  • International openness
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a transversal mode
  • Results oriented
