Votre mission

After the 16 months rotation, which will include few months in Parma (Italy), you will be part of the Engineering and Project Management team and you will be based in Barcelona. This team is responsible for the success of the execution phase of Sidel’s projects, by being in constant contact with Sidel’s customers through the manufacturing, delivery and installation phases of Sidel’s machines and lines.

Your role will be to ensure that the deliverables in execution phase are being achieved on time, at the expected costs and matching with main stakeholders’ expectations. Your main responsibilities will be to: 

• Understand customer needs
• Manage Internal/External Kick Off Meeting with customer and all the following project meetings reviews
• Perform Risk Management and ensure risk response plans/mitigations are in place for all critical projects
• Feed and update project management reporting tools
• Support the team in managing scope changes without affecting the baselined objectives and benefits and work on conflicts resolution

Votre profil

• Fluent English
• Master degree (engineering / industrial engineering / business mgmt.)
• Less than 2 years from your master degree
• Availability to travel
