The Modular Project Manager will lead Sidel Group transformation through modularity approach, increasing the customer centric mindset in all the value chain.

Votre mission

• To lead modular projects from the product strategy phase to engineering implementation
• To implement and improve the modular academy from training supports up to train and coach different levels throughout the compagny
• To sustain platform complexity and customer needs fullfillment  through modular governance

Votre profil

• Project Management skills and experience 
• Good leadership and communication skills, able to animate workshops
• Technical background to understand and support teams discussions on product lines
• Ability to train and coach populations on modular methodology
• Continuous improvement of processes attitude, experience in the domain is a plus
• Fluent in english
