Sidel mainly operates in the bottled water, juices, andnon-alcoholic beer categories in Iran, with water being thepreferred beverage of choice. As perEuromonitor,it was stated thatin 2014, over 943.6 million liters of water were sold and isexpected to grow at a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 12.4per cent by 2019. This trend is closely followed by Juices, whichrecorded 757.4 millions liters sold in 2014, and an expected CAGRof 9.5 per cent by 2019. In 2014 alone, consumer expenditure onmineral water, soft drinks, fruit and vegetable juices was recordedat 1 billion USD, showing the immense growth in the market.
