SIDEL SHOWCASES INNOVATION BREAKTHROUGHS FOR DYNAMIC GROWTH MARKETS AT ASEPTIPAK EUROPE 2014

During Aseptipak Europe, Sidel's TorstenKaiser and Pawel Warszawski, Account Manager, will present a casehistory on Fonti di Posina, the Italian co-packer which recentlyinstalled Sidel Combi Predis FMa with dry preform decontamination.The presentation, entitled "Recently Launched BreakthroughTechnology for Low-Output Aseptic Production of PET Bottles: ACustomer Case Study", will take place on the morning of 19June.

 

Sidel Aseptipak Europe 2014 Pawel WarszawskiThe introduction of the Combi PredisFMa technology in 2014 at Fonti di Posina removes the need for anybottle rinsing, eliminating the need for water and has enabledlightweighting of the company's 1.5 litre bottles, withmaterial savings of 20%.  The aseptic PETCombi has achieved 95% efficiency while allowingthe doubling of the current aseptic production capacity. Fittedwith an ecological oven, the solution has also createdenergy savings of 43%  at the blowingstage.
