Your Opportunity

Sidel is looking for a Account Manager for Pepsi to help Manage defined key customer account(s) to deliver budgeted sales and margins for complete Sidel portfolio, with a focus on stand-alone Equipment and Services sales. Deliver increased market share of the total relevant key account investments. Develop and implement a focused and coherent sales and service strategy for the short, medium and long term, efficiently utilizing all functions as needed. Understand key account requirements on a central and regional basis to provide customers with win-win solutions which meet their needs and are in the best interests of Sidel, thus enabling Sidel to achieve its Balanced Score Card and regional objectives. Own, enable, facilitate and support all sales activities with the Global Key Account Director within specific region. Responsible for project execution and Services activities in front of the Global Key Accounts. Develop and strengthen partnership with Customer.

Your Mission

  • Accountable for meeting budgeted Equipment sales, Services Sales and margins for the defined KA(s)
  • Establish strong relationships with assigned Key Accounts by building a network of contacts within their organization
  • Identify market potential for assigned Key Accounts and develop strategic and tactical sales plans (Equipment & Services) accordingly
  • Develop customer needs analysis
  • Coordinate Customer Support to deliver operational excellence to Global Key Accounts
  • Responsible from the Request for Quotation to the presentation of the offer to the customer
  • Maintain and clean up-to-date sales pipeline in the Services & Equipment - Sales process to follow IMPACT
  • Interact and coordinate with relevant teams to respond to Global Key Accounts requests 
  • Oversee the execution of the projects and maintain customer contact
  • Ensure proper and timely resolution of major claims or legal issues at the defined key accounts, in Sidel's best interests
  • Drive data measurement & performance system implementation to support proactive customer support practices and increase customer satisfaction
  • Own Service Issue resolution process 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • BS mechanical or industrial or equivalent 
  • Business Degree
  • Proficient in English
  • Min 5 years’ experience in the packaging and/or rigid plastic industry; market and industry knowledge
  • Good understanding of the sales process including forecasting, strategy and creating a business plan 
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast paced, results-oriented sales environment
  • Market evaluation and analysis skills, planning skills; ability to develop and present a value proposition
  • Good communication and presentation skills; active listening, observation and questioning to identify customer needs and propose solutions
  • Sales management experience; excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel (>50%)
