Votre mission

• The Project Manager Execution (PME) is responsible for leading customer projects from the kick-off phase through to final customer acceptance (CAV).
• This role ensures alignment with customer requirements, manages project timelines using the right tools, and coordinates cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
• The PME takes over the internal handover after FAT, plans and oversees Installation & Commissioning (I&C) activities, and communicates any changes in project scope.
• They serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the execution phase, ensuring transparency, timely updates, and high customer satisfaction. Ultimately, the PME is accountable for delivering a successful customer experience.

Votre profil

• Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Prior experience in project management, preferably in industrial equipment, engineering, or manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and execution methodologies (experience with FAT/I&C/CAV phases is a plus). 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to manage customer expectations and lead cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, SAP, or similar tools)
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-focused approach
• Ability to travel to customer sites and manage execution activities in the field
