Your Opportunity
The Project Supports main task is to support the Project Manager Execution in the preparation and execution of the on-site activities as well as administrative support for projects.
Your Mission
- Own
and drive Sidel on-site activities tools, such as AMP (Asset Management Portal),
PPP (Project Presence Planning) and Clarizen (PM Tool);
- Manage
technician, trainer and Installation Site Manager (ISM) booking in FSM (Field
Service Management) for internal Field Service Engineers (FSE);
- Manage
internal and external FSE requests, purchase orders and invoices (in ERP
systems: SAP and IFS), to be consistent with PPP file;
- Coordinate
with internal and external OEM service departments and keep updated contacts
list;
- Collect
all necessary documentation for site entry requirements and send to FSE at time
of booking;
- Help prepare
HSES plans for projects and collect required signatures prior to start of site
activities. Collect and file signed HSES
plans from FSE’s and ISM’s;
- Manage
on-time in-full FSE/ISM invitation letters and VISA follow up, such as validity
and renewal;
- Activate
Control risks security measures for risk level 2 and 3 countries, as
appropriate;
- Back
office Support to the Installation Site Manager for logistics and
administrative tasks;
- Creation and follow-up of on-site non-conformities in SINCRO (Sidel Non-Conformity Resolution Opportunities);
- Back
office Support to the PME and Installation Site Manager for punchlist close out
at the end of the project.
Your Profile
- Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree is a plus
(or employment relevant skills);
- Some experience in site activities management of
projects;
- Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
- Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio is a plus;
- Ability to operate SAP ERP system (knowledge of IFS
is a plus);
- MS Office proficiency;
- Possible occasional travel;
- Managing and measuring work (priority and
time management);
- Peer relationships;
- Have good knowledge of English, both oral and written
(French and/or Spanish is a plus).
