In order to support the relief efforts, the Tetra Laval Board has decided to make an initial donation of USD 1.5 million. This initial contribution will be used to support the Red Cross efforts and make funds available to secure distribution and supply of milk and water to the affected people.
As soon as we are able to better quantify the needs, the Tetra Laval Group is committed to increase its funding for disaster relief in accordance with our business philosophy of taking a responsible and active part in the societies in which we operate.
