Advanced Diagnostic essentially delivers a full HMI review of existing set-ups, with three key priorities in mind: firstly troubleshooting, focusing on machine stoppages and operational mode recovery, secondly a diagnostic of devices and modules, offering procedures to solve the failure, and thirdly optimization of the scheduling and management of maintenance operations.
Advanced Diagnostic has already been implemented on several palletizers as a field test, and feedback from clients has been highly enthusiastic. The service is designed for all palletizers and depalletizers manufactured at Gebo’s Parma plant. Additionally, by the end of the year the new Advanced Diagnostic functions will be available remotely, on smartphones and tablets!
