Your Opportunity
Sidel is looking for a Shipping Agent, part of the Global Logistic team. He/She will coordinate the local logistic activities, assure the equipment exports and arrange transports according to the Incoterms and the customs/financial rules.
Other tasks may be required according to specific needs.
Your Mission
- To generate the documents needed to the import/export customs formalities.
- To generate all needed export document (CofO, Eur 1, BL, Ex1, insurance certificate)
- To execute, control and synchronize all inbound/outbound transportation and logistics to deliver Sidel equipment according to the Incoterm.
- To assure the respect of budgetary cost about packing and transport
- To Issue of purchasing requisitions
- To manage local sourcing activities
- Other tasks according to specific needs
Your Profile
- Upper Secondary (employement relevant skills) Business school degree is a plus;
- Fluent level of English is a must;
- French is an advantage.
