Your Opportunity
The SAP Business Analyst reports directly to the global Sap Program Manager and is based in Santa Maria de Feira, Portugal. He/she will be part of the Sidel global IT team and will work in close collaboration with Business Process team and local Key-Users in order to lead the evolution/maintenance of the SAP infrastructure for Supply Chain/industrial area.
Your Mission
- Support Business, providing
training and daily support to Key Users
- Coordinate, evaluate, document
business requirements
- Define scope, clarify
objectives
- Review and validate project
documentation
- Prepare test cases with
business
- Evaluate delivered IT solutions
- Prepare business for new IT
solutions or Change Requests
- Assess impacts of new IT
solutions or Change Requests
Your Profile
Level of education and languages:
- Bachelor's degree in
engineering, information systems or equivalent is a plus
- English
Required experience and skills:
- Good knowledge of SAP
functionalities related to Industrial Engineering, Materials Management,
Sourcing, Procurement, Production Planning & Execution, Quality
Management, Warehouse Management
- Understanding of business
processes and ability to translate it into application requirements
- Excellent communication and
inter-personal skills
- Results focused and Innovative
with a “can do” attitudes
- Adaptable, flexible and dynamic
while keeping a client-centric approach
- Experience in manufacturing businessis a plus
