Your Opportunity
The Service Account Manager manages packaging precontracting projects following QTCS in front of customer for the main projects / support SAM in front of customer if needed / lead the SAMs team transversally to comply with the sales strategy decided by the SAM Director in order to strengthen the packaging molds and tooling sales in the Region.
Your Mission
- Regional
precontracting & sales packaging project management, L1 to L3 complexity
packaging project
- Deliver sales packaging,
molds and tooling Budget
- Complete accountability for
packaging qualification from design to approval, prepare documentation for
commercialization
- Visit customers to promote
Sidel's Solutions and interact with customers on behalf of Service Account Manager (SAM) when required
(Packaging groups, marketing, commercialization).
- Lead transversally the SAMs
team under the SAM Director responsability for packaging , molds and tooling
products
- Contribute to projects' specifications set up and associated approval processes
- Promote Sidel capabilities
for packaging solutions,
- Develop business / force of
proposal / highlights packaging capabilities to customers and internally
- Provide the on-time required
level of information to ensure seamless handover to peers / packaging molds and tooling follow up for
the dedicated region and/or customer
- Propose and participate to
the packaging, Molds and tooling sales strategy in order to maximize and
develop sales
- Act as a leader for the
packaging, molds and tooling sales in the dedicated region
- Liaise with Gentlebrand and Competek to
optimize sales
- Lisaise with PMs for the
project kickoff and execution
Your Profile
- Master Degree or equivalent
- Full knowledge for Information technologies / CAD
knowledge
- Minimum 3 years experience in packaging
- English
- German is a plus
- Project
management expertise / structured approach
- PET and other material knowledge (packaging, forming, bottle,
cap, labels...)
- Key Account organization knowledge as well as zone organization
- Commercial
skills / easy to do business with / business relationship
- Full knowledge for Sidel range of products and
technologies
- SAP/ FOCUS / CEP
