Your Mission
- Work with management to implement the company's policies and goals
- Implement shift change process, and smooth the production flow
- Operate GTM milling and GTC lathe machine to produce high quality component
- Study the mechanical aspects of the drawings and the process manuals to understand the type of machining methods
- Analyze drawings and specification, to determine program input data, such as reference point, cutting speed, feed rate and cutting depth
- Identify the list of mechanical items, such as tools, jigs and fixtures that would be necessary for the manufacturing methods
- Study and understand specific information relating to the mechanical aspects of the particular machining processes
- Ensure that each part is correct and according to the drawing and specifications, if not, to discuss with method engineers and quality engineers to solve the quality problem and send it back to production if the fault is minor and can be corrected by rework
- Prepares the consumable list for the machines maintenance and assist to order the consumables to ensure maintenance of quality
- Assist and execute quality control report according to Sidel standard
- Diagnose manufacturing problems, establish solutions and execute updates in accordance with engineering and methods
- Maintain time and production operation information in SAP or other system as required
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
- Report unsafe condition and unsafe behavior. Take corrective actions.
- Contribute to continue improvement activity
- Any other task assigned by management.
Your Profile
We are lookig for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with college or techinal school degree and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the manufacturing field. Candidates should have a basic understanding of machining processes and be capable of operating GTM milling and GTC lathe machines to produce high-quality components. Strong analytical skills are essential for interpreting mechanical drawings and specifications, as well as for identifying necessary tools and fixtures. The candidate should demonstrate problem-solving abilities, a commitment to quality control, and adherence to health and safety guidelines. A collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives will make the candidate a valuable addition to the team.
