The Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) is responsible for shaping and driving the strategic direction of talent acquisition across Sidel. The Talent Acquisition CoE manager will work to define standard guidelines, enhance process delivery and experience, and implement leading practices that align with business needs while ensuring consistency and compliance across all talent acquisition activities.

Your Mission

In his/ her role, the talent acquisition CoE Manager will :

  • Develop and implement the global talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Standardize TA processes and governance frameworks to ensure efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
  • Define and enhance employer branding strategies to attract top talent and strengthen market positioning.
  • Design and execute Sidel's talent engagement strategy to ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience.
  • Develop campus hiring strategies in coordination with Regional HR, partnering with universities to build a strong future talent pipeline.
  • Manage external recruitment partnerships and vendor relationships to optimize hiring outcomes.
  • Periodically review and drive technology enablement by identifying and implementing optimum digital tools.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, integrating talent acquisition with broader HR and business strategies.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong background in talent acquisition with experience of process and policy design, digital hiring solutions, and governance.

8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition strategy, HR CoE roles, or workforce planning. Proven expertise in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and process design for a global organization.
