The position of Quality Management System (QMS) Manager at Sidel is the ideal role for gaining new experience and using your quality expertise and leadership skills to make a difference. This is a transversal position that will allow you to define, implement and maintain a sustainable, modern and efficient Quality Management System, driving best-in-class quality standards in a Group that is passionate about quality and so are our customers! This role reports directly to the Vice President of Quality and has a high level of visibility with our leaders.
Your mission will be to perform the all-important tasks of defining, implementing and maintaining our Quality System throughout the Group, and liaising with different functions to ensure that all QMS methods, procedures, roles and responsibilities are integrated and harmonised.
Responsibilities
• Define milestones for delivering the highest quality performance at the expected cost
• Ensure that methods are integrated and harmonised across functions in line with key processes
• Organise and guarantee proper Sidel Quality roll out in collaboration with Sidel stakeholders and external consultants
• Check that QMS processes, procedures, roles and responsibilities are properly defined and work together to achieve quality objectives
• Ensure QMS requirements are integrated in the Group’s business processes
• Develop a QMS network across Sidel and define entry-points for each portfolio/plant/function
• Engage, animate and support people to take a more active part in the QMS
• Identify key actions for reducing technical non-conformities
• Consolidate and summarise data, alert and escalate any blocking points
• Ensure the status of ongoing activities is updated and accessible across functions
• Participate in and lead internal or external audits
Language & background
• English mandatory
• French/Italian is a plus
• Consolidated quality management background
• QMS experience
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering/Quality/IT
• Technical background (with knowledge of our products for internal candidates)
• Data analysis and KPI management
