To support the development of our price management process and the implementation of our pricing software, we are hiring a motivated and experienced Pricing & Business analyst. Working with cross-functional & international teams, you will be a key contributor to deliver our price ambition and business strategy.
-Key Responsibilities
Participate to the definition and implementation of the pricing governance process across the organization
Work with multiple stakeholders to plan and execute the pricing and discounting strategy
Participate on end-to-end implementation of a 3rd party pricing tool
Create various KPI’s and reports to give insights on pricing effectiveness
Be responsible for improving and maintaining quality of pricing data across the organization
Analyze competitor pricing tactics and monitor industry pricing trends to provide insight for pricing strategy
Calculate value differentiators of Sidel offering vis a vis competition
Lead and drive analytics projects and reporting by partnering with business across the organization driving incremental growth in sales and margin
Develop and maintain dashboards catering to Sales/Marketing functions using BI tools (e.g. Qliksense) and ensure solutions meet requirements
Stay up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
Contribute to Strategy, Sustainability and Communication needs
Skills and Experience
5+ years experience in pricing (experience in pricing customized engineered products preferred)
Familiarity with pricing principles, business models and data analytics
Experience in using 3rd party pricing solutions (e.g. Vendavo, Xiliant, PROS)
Experience in dashboards building using BI tools (Qliksense/Qlikview preferred)
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Customer centric, result oriented, analytical, ability to work with cross functional team
Strong organizational, communication, presentation and project management skills
