Production Coordinator (M/F)

Your Opportunity

The production assistant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation in workshop. The production support team works closely with various teams such as Quality, Project Managers, engineering, warehouse and crating to identify and resolve issues that arise during the production phase.

Your Mission

• Monitoring: The team monitors the performance, availability, and security of production system.
• Incident Management: When an issue occurs, the production support team is responsible for managing the incident, including identifying the issue, diagnosing the root cause, and resolving it as quickly as possible.
• Problem Management: The team works to identify recurring issues, determine root causes, and implement long-term solutions to prevent future incidents.
• Change Management: The production support team works closely with development and deployment teams to ensure that changes to production systems are thoroughly tested, documented, and implemented with minimal disruption.
• Continuous Improvement: The team identifies opportunities to improve production systems' performance, reliability, and efficiency through proactive monitoring, automation, and other strategies.
• Overall, the production support role is critical to ensuring that business-critical systems and applications remain available, reliable, and performant, which is essential to maintaining customer satisfaction and meeting business objectives.
