Your Opportunity
In partnership with Supply Chain Team, Finance and business teams at local & global, the resource will have to give an overall financial performance view of all industrial activities such as: volume, industrial productivity, cash management (Inventories and Capex) Product Costs Performance, processes and tools, ecc. He/she will provide valuable financial insights and recommendations for decision-making process, propose and support initiative to reduce cost, enhance efficiency and mitigate risks over Supply chain value and continuous improvement plan.
Your Mission
BUSINESS PARTNERING
- Participate in the definition of the Industrial strategy, budgeting, planning by providing insights on the financial implications and cost impact
- Ensure end to end Supply Chain P&L management from strategic planning to execution, with regular follow up with different stakeholders, define and monitor actions plan to reach the target
- Ensure proper consolidation and understanding of Supply Chain Performance data, financials, and non-financials
- Supply chain performance: industrial, Labor efficiency, Material productivity direct and indirect, logistics
- Product manufacturing costs and quality, analysis, Benchmark, New Product Launch impacts
- Factories utilization, Opex analysis, factory sizing (under-absorption or residual analysis) - Capex Management: Investment/Divestment
- Inventories Management: Cash flow analysis
- Support decisions with high quality financial expertise
- Develop the financial acumen across the Supply Chain community, advice and challenge the different stakeholders to develop their ownership on the financial area and maximize the overall efficiency of our Industrial operations
- Interface with central / regional / portfolio, others business organization to improve the reliability and availability of financial reporting and measurements on our Equipment Costs
TRANSFORMATION

- Implement a productivity Tool
with Year-on-Year analysis on Changes, improve transparency and create the
trust with our business stakeholders
- Simplify and create the
bridge with the business performance and Group P&L
- Lead and drive the digital
Finance transformation in our supply chain site
- Participate to OneFinance
Program: Speed our digitization journey by implementing SAP4Hana, implement
RPA, BA, BI
Your Profile
- formation in Finance
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Controlling
- Strong Controlling technical skills, solid knowledge of IFRS accounting principles
- Reports design experience in Qlik Sense Analytics as a plus
- Experience in SAP FI/CO (Finance / Controlling) in an international and industrial Group
- Knowledge of controlling processes & business planning principles
- Knowledge and / or experience of digital technologies (RPA, blockchain, BA) is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
