The Service manager is in charge of the service installation and to coordinate the technicians specialized in the maintenance and modification of the machinery present in the filling lines at customers' site.
The service manager will work within the Operations department and report directly to the Operations director.
He/she will have direct responsibility for coordinating the activities of field service engineers and also technicians employees of external companies.
- Organize installation interventions for format changes on filling lines
- Monitor the service intervention with the site manager
- Prepare the safety documentation necessary for construction site activities
- Evaluate the preliminary budget cost of the installation and monitor the trend of the costs related to the service
- Minimum of 5 years of
related experience or training in beverage or equipment industry
- Availability to travel
