Responsible for delivering high quality training solutions on our labeling equipments to both internal and external audiences using different delivery methods (e.g. classrooms, OJT, coaching) at Sidel, at the custom-er site or via distance learning.
■ Deliver product technical training sessions in line with the internal and external customer requirements
■ Monitor and ensure continuous improvement of the training sessions' quality
■ Support the design of Technical Training documentation accordingly to Customer and internal employees' training demand
■ Support the creation and design of training modules to support FSE Training Path
■ Support the creation and design of Competence Audits content and related questionnaires
■ Support with the configuration and update of machineries included in Training Lab (where applicable)
■ Develop advanced knowledge in own product/technology area
■ Mentor junior trainers
■ Make travel arrangements in cooperation with the reference Training Assistant
■ Monitor trainer occupation rate KPIs
■ Train customers:
■ Automation troubleshooting (Siemens and B&R)
■ Labeling (all classes from fundamentals to advanced maintenance)
■ Train FSE’s and internal employees (CSM, PM and AM)

evel of education and languages:
■ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
■ Technical diploma or equivalent.
■ Specialization in Electric / Automatization is a plus
■ English & Spanish (Fluent)
Required experience and skills:
■ Good understanding of learning solutions and market drivers, trends and innovations
■ Technical subject matter expertise on Technical Training solution area
■ Knowledge of training content design tools and SW (e.g. Solid Work, CAD, multimedia animation creation)
