Your Mission
- The HR Manager has the responsibility for:
- Manage efficiently
recruitment activities and campaigns
- Support line managers with HR processes such as performance management and team
development - Partner with management to provide guidance on matters related to talent and organizational change
- Implement HR policies and procedures,
regularly review possibilities to improve
- Collaborate with managers
and their teams on learning & development matters and identify areas that
need attention
- Develop and promote internal mobility
- Develop schoolpartnership
- Manage the development plan: budget, needs, organisation, research of partners, ...
- Participate in administative tasks
- Participate and contribue to group or local project
- Provide support to HR teams
Your Profile
- Master degree in humain resources
- mini.3 years experience in HR positions
- Fluency in English and additional langue is welcome (German)
- Strong ability to communicacte verbally and in writing
- Willing to take accountability for own scope, results oriented and good
problem solving skills
- Good personal organization, able to manage workload by
setting priorities well
- Good knowledge in MS Office Tools
