VersaCombi is a model derived from the VersaWrap®, integrating a module for shrink-wrapping packs (blank or printed film) with or without flat board, U-board or tray.
It offers great performance with speed up to 60 cycles per minute in wrap around, 80 cycles per minute in tray/pad +Film, and 100 cycles per minute (PET) and 120 cycles per minute (cans) in Film only.
For film handling, it has an extractible injection table to enable quick and easy tool-free control and maintenance, along with a servo-driven positive film feeding system.
Shrink-wrapped packs or batches on flat board: VersaCombi has a retractable system for handling packs with or without cardboard support, integrated as standard into the machine. Machine conversion is automatic, within 15 minutes and without changing parts.
Fitted with an increased insulation to limit energy consumption, the tunnel provides optimized air circulation for improved film shrinking and quality of the finished pack.
Options: automatic film-reel changeover (DIS) and system for easy-open packs.
