Industrial Engineer Specialist

Your Opportunity

Manage the implementation of manufacturing processes and technology in compliance with the requirement of safety, quality, lead time and cost.

Your Mission

• Lead the scouting, imolementation and deployment of new technologies (AI, Cobot, ALM) in all the plants
• Lead the implementation of manufacturing equipment and processes on the appointed site
• Lead the optimized utilization of actual assets
• Lead the qualification plan for all internal manufactured components
• Participate to the design review and new product development with Designing and Sourcing team
• Create the master routing including duration, sequence, resources
• Create the working instruction based on the configuration map and master routing
• Develop the tools to set and control the manufacturing activities
• Apply Lean&Six Sigma best practice to analyze data, investigate root cause for production processes variability, plan and execute actions involving inter-functional team
• Lead year over year cycle time reductions
• In conjunction with controlling, support the product cost monitoring indicating, and where necessary, leading the cost improvement actions

Your Profile

Level of education:

• Master Degree in Engineering (Preferred Mechanical, Industrial)

Computer Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook
• SAP knowledge
• 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred)  

Language requirements:          

• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Fluency in French, is an advantage

Required experience and skills:

• Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma tools and methodology
• Experience in assembly and manufacturing processes (turning, milling, welding, ..)
• CAD/CAM knowledge
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels, and with all functions
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in cross-functional and international teams
• Proactive, strong problem solving/analytical attitude
• Strong sense of self-motivation and determined
• Availability to travel
