Your Opportunity

Sidel is looking for Service Account Manager, part of the Customer Management team reporting to the Service Account Director, that will be responsible to maintain the relationship with and manage the customers pertaining to Sidel aftersales offering. He/she will also be responsible for meeting customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction, whilst developing and maximizing sales and margin contributions for Sidel in given territory. This position will be the customer point of contact for Services and aftersales activities The mission of the SAM is to lead the profitable growth of Sidel in terms of Services Solutions with his customer portfolio.

Your Mission

  • Grow sales and profitability of Services offering, adapt regional services strategy to his/her territory, direct and implement action plans                                            
  • Ensure that customer production line is optimised to the maximum
  • Responsible for performance of Sidel products, reports non-conformities and responsible for issue resolution process                                                      
  • Propose new Services products that add value to the Customer and are profitable for Sidel
  • Sell and negotiate Sidel Services portfolio, according to rules and processes of the Company
  • Plan customer contacts, visits and promotions (using LIOMT, LCOMT etc..)   
  • Coordinate and analyse market and competitor information, provide forecasts and report to relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain the relationship with and manage the customers pertaining to Sidel aftersales offering.
  • Customer point of contact for Services and aftersales activities.

Your Profile

Level of education and languages:

  • Technical educational background is mandatory
  • Fluency in English
  • Conversant in local language of assigned area would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Sidel tools: as SAP and CRM preferable

Professional Skills & Experience:

  • Successful field service experience (5-10 years min)
  • Deep technical knowledge of Sidel products
  • Knowledge of Sidel’s markets preferable
  • Services and sales oriented
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Availability for travelling
